At Tiger & Lily, we want your beautiful new bag to reach you safely and with as little fuss as possible. We offer convenient collection in Cape Town and nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Local Collection — Free

Orders can be collected free of charge from Cape Town's City Bowl, by prior appointment.

Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time and provide the collection address.

Nationwide Door-to-Door Delivery — R125

We offer standard door-to-door delivery throughout South Africa at a flat rate of R125 per order.

Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Large Orders — R200

For larger orders with a chargeable weight exceeding 5 kg, a delivery fee of R200 applies.

Chargeable weight is determined by the greater of the parcel's actual weight or its volumetric weight, which takes the parcel's dimensions into account.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders promptly once payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major centres: 3–4 business days after dispatch.

• Regional and outlying areas: Approximately 3–5 business days, although some locations may take longer.

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and may be affected by courier schedules or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide tracking details where available so you can follow its journey.
